摘要
应用流动模拟软件C-MOLD,对彩电前壳模具结构设计进行了气体辅助CAE模拟分析。通过几种方案的分析比较,解决了彩电前壳模具气铺成型中遇到的气体手指效应,获得了比较满意的成型效果。结果表明,在模具结构设计阶段,应用CAE软件对气辅成型技术中塑料充填形态、气道设计以及气辅成型工艺三个重要条件进行模拟分析优化,可以大大提高模具首试成功率,降低模具制造成本。
The flow simulation software C-MOLD was used to carry out the gas-assisted CAE simulation analysis to the front panel mold structure design of the color TV. By comparing and analyzing some options the finger-effect of the gas-assisted injection molding of front panel mold of the color TV is solved and the satisfactory molding effect is acquired. The result shows the success rate of the mold which is tried firstly is improved and the cost of the mold is diminished if the three conditions which are important for the use of the gas-assisted molding technology including the filling pattern of the melt, the design of the gas channel and the gas-assisted molding process are simulated and analyzed by the CAE software during the design of the mold.
