摘要
在彩电前壳气辅模具设计中,应用注塑CAE技术对模具气道布置、冷却系统以及熔体充填形态、翘曲状况进行模拟分析,并优化了塑件壁厚。结果表明,运用CAE技术,能够显著提高模具试模和气辅成型技术应用的成功率,缩短模具开发周期,节省模具设计和制造成本。
During the gas-assisted mold design of color TV front shell, using injection CAE technology to simulate and analyze mold gas path layout/location, cooling system and melting filling shape, as well as warp status, the plastic parts wall thickness are optimized. The results shows that by CAE technology, the successful ratio of testing-mould and gas-assisted moulding technology application can be largely improved, mold developing cycle is shorten, as well as, the costs of mold design and manufacture are saved.
