摘要 本文采用座滴法研究了金属间化合物Fe-40Al与Al_2O_3陶瓷的润湿性及界面的相互作用,重点考察了温度、保温时间以及合金元素对Fe-40A1合金/Al_2O_3润湿行为和界面反应的影响。 Interface phenomena of ceramic Al_2O_3 with liquid intermetallic compound Fe-40Al were investigated experimentally by the sessile drop method.Studies were focused onthe wettability and interface interaction between Al_2O_3 and Fe-40Al,and the effects oftemperatures,holding time and alloying elements,The results showed that the contactangles of Fe-40Al with Al_2O_3 were about 85°on the average,The addition of alloyingelements affected the wettability in different ways,And the interface of Fe-40Al and Al_2O_3formed in the sessile drop method was different from that formed in non-melt processing inother works.
