摘要
通过毛细管流变学实验研究,PPA在剪切速率为600s-1时,加入1000PPM的含氟聚合物加工助剂使HDPE在挤出中的熔体粘度比未加PPA降低38%,消除熔体破裂现象,提高挤出物表面光洁度。
Fluorpolymer additive (PPA) was applied in HDPE.The data of capillary rheology shown that when PPA is added at 1000PPM and shear rate at 600s-1,the viscosity of HDPE melt is decreased 38% than that without PPA.It is no melt fracture,and appearance of extrudate is improved.
