摘要
借助恒压型毛细管流变仪、恒速型毛细管流变仪分别研究了镧系硬脂酸盐及聚乙烯蜡润滑剂对HDPE6098挤出流变性能的影响。结果表明,镧系硬脂酸盐及聚乙烯蜡润滑剂可改善HDPE6098的挤出性能。特别是在HDPE6098中分别加入1.5 phr硬脂酸镧/2 phr聚乙烯蜡,3.5 phr硬脂酸铈/3 phr聚乙烯蜡润滑剂后,熔体在0.25MPa剪切应力下,剪切速率由4 770 s-1分别增至14 039 s-1与21 271 s-1,分别提高了190%与346%。
Using constant rate and constant pressure rheometer,the effects of the lanthanides stearate/PE wax on the extrusion rheological properties of HDPE6098 were researched.The results showed that the extrusion properties of HDPE6098 were improved by lanthanides stearate and PE wax.Especially,after the addition of compounds containing 1.5 phr lanthanum stearate and 2 phr PE wax or 3.5 phr cerium stearate and 3 phr PE wax,the shear rate were enhanced from 4 770 s-1 to 14 039 s-1 and 21 271 s-1,which increasing about 190％ and 346％,respectively.
