摘要
1996～2001年,采用“贝达”做砧木,山葡萄主栽品种做接穗,硬枝嫁接生根,成苗试验和进行嫁接苗生产建园的“嫁接树”生产性能对比观察试验。结果表明:双优、双红和双丰硬枝嫁接的成苗率比同品种(CK)分别提高65.95%、13.45%和20.75%。出圃的嫁接苗木成熟节数多、根系大、树体成型快、早期丰产。双优、双红葡萄的嫁接苗生根率、成苗率和产量较高,酒质好,具有推广价值。
From 1996 to 2001, comparative experiments of the rooting, seedling and productive capacity of the hard-twiggraft trees whose scion and stock were Vitis amurensis Rupr and Beta respectively and the hard-twig cutting trees. The results showthat the seedling rates of hard-twig graft trees of shuangyou. shuanghong and shuangfeng were higher than that of hard-twig cuttingtrees of the same cultivars by 65.95%. 13.45% and 20.75% respectively. The graft trees out of the plot not only had many maturejoints and big root system but also had high shaping velocity and early ripe stage with high yield. Hard-twig graft trees of shuangyou and shuang hong had high rooting rates, seedling rates, yield and good wine quality.
