摘要
目的 探讨交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的优点及手术方法。方法 采用肱骨交锁髓内钉顺行插钉治疗肱骨干骨折 16例。结果 随访 14例 ,其中 13例愈合 ,1例延迟愈合。桡神经损伤 1例 ,肩关节Neer评分平均 85分± 10分。结论 交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有固定牢靠、愈合快。
Objective To discuss the operative method and its advantages in treating humeral shaft fractures with intramedullary interlocking nail. Methods 16 patients with humeral shaft fractures were treated by antegrade nail insertion with humeral intramedullary interlocking nail.Results 14 patients were followed up. Bone union occurred in 13 cases. Delayed union occurred in 1 case. No nonunion was found. One had injury of radial nerve. The average Neer's score of shoulder was 85±10.Conclusion The treatment of humeral shaft fracture by using intramedullary interlocking nail is reliable in fixation with fewer complications and faster healing.
