摘要
目的 探讨肱骨自锁髓内钉在治疗肱骨干骨折中的优点及手术方法。方法 采用肱骨自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折。结果 随访10例,全部获得骨性愈合,其中7例优,3例良,无一例差。结论 肱骨自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折具有手术操作简便,固定牢靠,愈合快,避免桡神经的手术损伤的优点。
Objective The advantage which the discussion the upper arm nails in treating the upper arm's key fracture in the bone marrow and operation method. Methods Adopt the upper arm to nail and treat the upper arm bone to fracture in the bone marrow. Results Following up a case by regular visits to 10, all gets bone healing, 7 among them were outstanding, 3 were good. Conclusion It has easy and simple to handle, regular and firm operations that the upper arm nails and treats the upper arm's key fracture in the bone marrow, heal fast, avoid damaging the operation advantage of the nerves radials.
