摘要
以中医理论为依据 ,从临床方面观察中药复方当归愈肝散对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的治疗作用。临床上应用当归愈肝散治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎 6 0例 ,并与服用市售中成药 4 0例对照。结果 ,服药 3个月后 ,当归愈肝散不仅能显著改善患者症状、体征 ;而且对改善肝功能 ,抑制病毒复制亦有良好作用 ,治疗后两组病毒指标HB sAg、HBeAg、抗HBc IgM、HBV DNA的转阴率分别 11 6 7%、2 8 5 7%、2 1 6 7%、2 3 0 3%及 10 0 0 %、2 6 32 %、2 0 0 0 %、2 0 0 0 %。
To observe the clinical effects of Dangguiyugan powder in treating chronic virus hepatitis B.60 cases of chronic virus hepatitis B were treated with Dangguiyugan powder,and the control group(40 cases)treated with Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine.The clinical study showed that Dangguiyugan powder had obvious effect in improving clinical symptoms,signs and hepatic functious and remarkable effect in negative transfer of virus indices.After the treatments,the negative transfer rate of HBsAg,HBeAg,anti HBc IgM,HBV DNA in the two groups were 11 67%,28 57%,21 67%,23 03% and 10 00%,26 32%,20 00%,20 00%.The result shows that Dangguiyugan powder has antiviral function.
