摘要
目的:观察强肝解毒汤联合干扰素α-1b治疗慢性乙肝的疗效及安全性。方法:临床选取慢性乙肝病例治疗组给强肝解毒汤联合干扰素α-1b,对照组给甘利欣胶囊联合干扰素α-1b,观察TBIL、ALT的复常律及HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV-DNA的阴转情况及其两组的不良反应。结果:治疗组在这些指标上明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性意义,两组均无太大的不良反应。结论:强肝解毒汤联合干扰素α-1b对恢复慢性乙肝患者肝功能,抑制病毒复制,抗肝纤维化有较好作用。
Objective： To obese the effect and safety of qianggan jiedu decoction plus interferon-alpha（α） - 1b treating chronic hapetitis B. Methods： Treatment group was treated with qinggan jiedu decoction phks interferon-alpha（α） - 1b, and control group was treated with ganlixin capsules plus interferon-alpha（α） - 1b. To observe the recovery rate of TBIL, ALT and the changeover rate of HBsAg, HBeAg, HBV- DNA and the side effects of the two groups. Results： Treatment group was better than control group, and there was markedly difference. In the two groups there were not serious side effects. Conclusion： Qianggan jiedu decoction plus interreran-alpha（α） - 1b had good effects of recovering liver function, inhibiting virus and resisting hepatic fibrosis.
