摘要
目的 :介绍一种采用剥痂、骨痂植骨 +内固定或外固定架治疗骨折不愈合的手术方法。方法 :采用剥痂、骨痂植骨 +内固定或外固定架治疗骨折延迟愈合、不愈合 13例。结果 :对其中 12例随诊平均 15个月 ,骨折全部愈合。其中 1例术后11个月外伤再骨折 ,2例切口感染 ,2例患肢膝关节屈曲受限。结论 :本方法简单易行 ,骨折愈合率高 ,经济实用 。
Objective: To present a surgical technique in the treatment of delayed union and nonunion with peeling callus and callus-grafting as well as ORIF or external fixation brace. Methods: Thirteen cases of delayed union or nonunion were treated with peeling callus and callus-grafting as well as ORIF or external fixation brace. Results: Twelve cases were followed-up with an average of 15 months, healing occurred. One case fractured again as a result of suffering a new trauma in 11 months later, 2 of incision infection, 2 of flexion limitation in knee joints. Conclusion: The method is easy to practice,and the healing rate is fairly high. It is an alternative method in the treatment of nonunion.
