摘要
目的探讨肱骨中下段骨折内固定失效原因。方法对经过再次手术内固定自体髂骨或外骨痂植骨的117例肱骨中下段骨折失效病例进行总结和分析。结果随访12～18个月所有病例全部骨性愈合。结论原发性创伤严重、内固定物受力大、内固定物内在质量差、内固定物应刷不当、治疗方法不当、术后管理不善、康复锻炼失误是导致肱骨中下段骨折内固定失效的原因。
Objective To discussion the reason of adult humerus fracture fixation Failure. Methods 117 cases of adult humeral fracture failure were retrospectively analyzed. All cases wore re-operated with fixed autologous bone or bone callus End, Outreach support fixed 4-6 weeks of rehabilitation training guide. Results After follow-up of 12-18 months,all bone fracture. Conclusion The reasons of the middle and lower humerus fracture fixation failure are primary severe trauma, stress fixation, internal fixation of poor quality,improper fixation stress,improper treatment, poor management, rehabilitation mistraining.
