TLR4在内毒素导致组织损伤过程中的信号转导作用 被引量:2

摘要 TLR4是内毒素激活信号转导的受体。LPS信号转导依赖于TLR4与LPS的直接作用。TLR4基因突变易感染革兰氏阴性细菌。对TLR4的研究有望给内毒素休克的治疗带来新的突破。并从阻断内毒素致病途径设想内毒素相关性疾病的治疗。
