摘要
目的 :观察狼疮颗粒对模型大鼠的治疗作用 ,评价及探索狼疮颗粒治疗狼疮性肾炎 (Lupusnephritis,LN)的疗效和作用机理。方法 :同种大鼠肾皮质匀浆加弗氏完全佐剂腹腔注射建立主动型Heymann肾炎 (AHN)大鼠模型 ,随机分为 5组 ,设高、中、低剂量组 ,模型组及地塞米松阳性药物对照组 ,同时设正常对照组。分别测定其 2 4h尿蛋白 ,血尿 ,尿素氮 ,肌酐等。结果 :(1)狼疮颗粒能降低AHN肾炎大鼠蛋白尿 ,以中剂量组较好 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )狼疮颗粒对AHN肾炎大鼠血尿有较好的治疗作用 ,其中高、低剂量组与模型组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(3)狼疮颗粒能显著降低模型大鼠血清肌酐、尿素氮 ,以中剂量组为好 ,与模型组相比有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :狼疮颗粒对LN分型中膜性肾炎 (MN)有良好的治疗作用 ,为狼疮颗粒治疗LN提供了实验依据。其机理可能是狼疮颗粒多途径、多环节调节LN大鼠异常状态有关。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Langchuang Granule on AHN,assess and explore its potential mechanism curing LN.Methods Active AHN in rats were produced by IP injection of renal cortex of the same species rats and Freund's complete adjuvant.The ANA rats were randomized into five groups including the large dose,middle dose and 分钟or dose group,the modeled group and dexamethasone control group,at the same time,set up the normal control group.It was measured the proteinuria of 24h,hematuria,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and pathological morphology research.Results 1.AHN rets treated with Langchuang Granule at middle dose showed significantly(P<0.05)low levels of amount.2.Langchuang Granule at large/small dose showed significantly(P<0.05)curative effect on in AHN rats3.Langchuang Granule at middle dose can significantly decrease in AHN rats(P<0.01).Conclusion Langchuang Granule has better effect on MN and exerts its effect possibly by regulating abnormal situation in LN rats. 〔
