摘要
作为国际三大检索系统之一 ,SCI是衡量一个机构的学术水平和科研能力的重要因素 ,尤其能反映自然科学基础研究的学术水平。以美国ISI公司的Webofscience网络数据库为依据 ,对重庆大学1984 - 2 0 0 1年间被SCI收录及引用的科技论文 ,分别按年度及各学院进行了统计分析 ,最后提出了增加我国科技论文被收录数和被引用率的一些建议。统计分析对加强学校基础研究 ,形成活跃的学术竞争气氛 。
As one of the three greatest retrieval systems of the world, SCI is an important factor which refers to the capabilities of academic and scientific research for an institution. Based on the network database recorded by ISI Web of science, the scientific papers recorded and cited by SCI database in each collage of Chongqing University during 1984-2001 are analyzed statistically. Some suggestions are presented in order to increase the recorded and cited numbers of SCI papers for Chongqing University. It is meaningful to enhance the University's fundamental research, to flourish academic competing atmosphere and to promote the Unviersity's academic positon.
