摘要
目的 通过骨髓组织病理及细胞超微结构观察 ,为急性放射病 (ARS)研究积累临床资料。方法 分别于照后2 0、37、51及 72d取材 ,骨髓活检组织进行塑料包埋切片 ,H Giemsa E染色 ,光镜观察 ,骨髓细胞制成电镜样本观察。结果 ARS极期 ,骨髓造血细胞极度减少 ,间质损伤 ,吞噬细胞功能增强。进入恢复期 ,各系细胞数量和结构逐渐趋于正常 ,但重度患者恢复过程不稳定。恢复早期可见到凋亡细胞。结论 骨髓细胞病理及电镜检查有助于全面。
Objective To observe the changes of bone marrow histopathology and ultrastructure in three patients with acute radiation sickness (ARS) to cumulate clinical data for ARS. Methods Bone marrow biopsy plastic embedded section was stained by H Giemsa E. The aspirated cells were made sample for transmission electron microscope. Results The hematopoietic cells decreased severely, the matrices were damaged and the phagocytosis was enhanced in critical phase. The bone marrow differential cell count and morphology recovered gradually with convalescent period. The recovery of the patients with severe degree appeared to be unstable. The apoptotic cells were found in the beginnings of recovery. Conclusion The examination of bone marrow histopathology and ultrastructure could provid the valuable information for evaluating the injury and recovery state of hematopoiesis in radiation victims.
