摘要
本文分析了电子显微镜生物样品制备的沉浸式低温固定中的传热过程,并根据这一分析,讨论了冷却剂的状态、样品在浸入冷却剂之前的预冷以及样品在冷却剂中的持续运动等因素对低温固定质量的影响。
The process of heat transfer in plunge cryofixation of biological specimen preparation for electron mi-croscopy is analysised theoretically. The effect of the states of cryogen, the precooling of specimen before quenched into the coolant and the contineous motion of specimen in the cryogen on the quility of cryofixation is discussed.
