摘要 采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR)和混凝方法相结合的工艺处理屠宰废水,以肉鸡加工废水为处理对象的试验结果表明,SBR系统运行参数为:进水0.5h,曝气6.0h,沉淀1.0h,排水0.5h;进水COD800~1000mg/L,COD去除率为91%左右。再将出水进行混凝沉淀处理,其去除率75%左右,最终出水COD在30mg/L以下,达到回用水标准。 Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)coagulation processes to treat slaughterhouse wastewater is studied in this paper. Processed chicken wastewater as treatment object, the experimental results show that running parameters of SBR reaction system are Fill 0.5?h, React 6.0?h, Settle 1.0?h, Drain 0.5?h; The removal rate of COD is about 91%, when influent COD concentration ranges from 800?mg/L to 1000?mg/L. Coagulation is selected as a followup method to treat the effluent of SBR system, which COD removal rate is around 75%. The final effluent COD concentration is below 30?mg/L, which reaches the criterion of recycle water.
