It is about making the CME an important method to improve the competitiveness of the hospital. By popularizing CME, improving the academic level of many different subjects, considering the current situation of our hospital, we made distinctive plans for medical technicians of different levels and focused on the most important fields. After a few years' trial, there are successful effects already.
