光造型中的纤维-树脂复合材料机械性能研究

摘要 对于快速成型中的光造型制作工艺 ,通过在光敏树脂中加入短纤维而制得复合材料。实验发现复合材料制作的样件的弹性模量和拉伸强度明显高于纯树脂固化样件 ,且其在后固化过程中的收缩量也比后者小。 In rapid Prototyping lightmolding technique,we gain complex material through adding short fiber to photosensitive resin through experiments ,we find that the clasticity modules and stretch intensity of the model made by those complex material are higher than those made by purified resin. And also the shrink of the former is less than the later. The result of the experiment provides the best operating parameters for the manufacturing of lightmolding system.
