摘要
选用商品代36~55日龄艾维茵肉鸡80只(雌雄各半) ,随机分为4个处理组 ,进行3次热应激处理 ,试验全期喂给4组不同水平维生素E。实验结果表明 :(1)热应激条件下 ,肉鸡血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)浓度显著低于适温时(18~21℃)的浓度(P<0.05) ,四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)浓度则显著高于适温时(18~21℃)的浓度;(2)添加适量维生素E(100~200mg·kg-1)可以维持血清T3 和T4 水平的相对稳定 ,调整鸡体代谢 ,提高其生产性能。
In this experiment, 80 36~55 day old Avine broilers were randomly divided into four groups and heat-treated 3 times. Differnet dosages of Vitamin E were added into feedstuff during the full time of experiment. The results showed that: (1) The concentration of serum T3 of broilers of test groups was significantly lower than that of broilers fed at favorable temperature( 18~21℃)(p<0.05), and the concentration of serum T4 was significantly higher than that of broilers fed at favorable temperature (18~21℃) (p<0.05); (2) The preferable Vitamin E (100~200 mg·kg-1)can maintain a constant level of serum T3 and T4, so as to regulate the broiler's metabolism and improve their production.
