摘要
用抗Sindbis病毒(SbV)囊膜蛋白E_1和E_2的抗体及抗Vesicular Stomatitis病毒(VSV)囊膜蛋白(G蛋白)的抗体分别对病毒感染的BHK-21细胞进行胶体金免疫标记,然后按冰冻蚀刻的制样程序制备铂-碳复型膜以研究病毒囊膜蛋白在细胞质膜上的定位与分布。本文扼要地介绍了这一技术的操作过程,同时,结合我们自己的工作对该技术的要点及其应用进行了讨论。
A simple label-fracture method is briefly introduced here for investigating the distribution of virus envelope proteins on cell plasma membrane infected with Sindbis Virus (SbV)or Vesicular Stomatitis Virus (VSV). The delicate points and application of the technique are discussed in this paper.
