摘要 对硝基酚磷酸酶(p nitrophenylphosphatasepNPPase)是一种以对硝基酚磷酸盐(p nitrophenylphosphate)为底物的酶,被广泛地应用于核酸标记.通过菌落原位显色法成功地从脂肪芽孢杆菌(Bacillusstearothermophilus)中克隆到了编码耐热pNPPase的基因.序列分析表明它是一个编码255个氨基酸的酶. pnitrophenylphosphatase(pNPPase)is an enzyme with pnitrophenylphosphateas its substrate and is widely applied in nucleotide labeling. The cloning of the gene encoding thermostable pNPPase from Bacillus stearothermophilusby color screening to in situ is reported. The enzyme is composed of 255 amino acid residues according its DNA sequence.
