摘要
对硝基酚磷酸酶(p nitrophenylphosphatasepNPPase)是一种以对硝基酚磷酸盐(p nitrophenylphosphate)为底物的酶,被广泛地应用于核酸标记.通过菌落原位显色法成功地从脂肪芽孢杆菌(Bacillusstearothermophilus)中克隆到了编码耐热pNPPase的基因.序列分析表明它是一个编码255个氨基酸的酶.
pnitrophenylphosphatase(pNPPase)is an enzyme with pnitrophenylphosphateas its substrate and is widely applied in nucleotide labeling. The cloning of the gene encoding thermostable pNPPase from Bacillus stearothermophilusby color screening to in situ is reported. The enzyme is composed of 255 amino acid residues according its DNA sequence.
