摘要
对镍铬铁基高温合金H21炉管试样进行加热试验,研究其碳化物的变化,发现原先块状碳化物(Cr,Fe)23C6在温度800℃时开始溶解,至970℃时全部溶解。根据原先碳化物溶解程度的金相组织,可对炉管作出安全寿命评估。
BZHeating tests on furnace tube made of H21 CrNiFe heatresistant alloy were carried out to examine the carbide transient behavior. It was found that the original massive carbides (Cr,Fe)23C6 started to solute in austenite at about 800℃ and completely soluted up to 970℃. Therefore, based on the microstructure and carbide shape, safety and life of furnace tube can be assessed.
