摘要
本文研究了山东工业大学机械工程学院研制的新型陶瓷刀具材料(包括JX-2,H5.H13和H21等)分别切削铸铁(HT20)、淬火45号钢和难加工材料GH99时的切削性能,探讨了各陶瓷刀具的抗磨损能力,实验研究了切削速度和送给量对刀具磨损的影响,并对切削条件进行了优化。
Studies on the cutting performance of advanced ceramic tools(JX - 2, H5, Hl3, H2l ) have been carried out whenmachining cast iron(HT2O), quenched steel No. 45 and high temperature alloy GH99. The effects of cutting speedand feed rate on tcol flank wear have been also studied experimentally. The cutting conditions have been optimized.
