摘要
对低碳铁片进行气体渗氮,以制备Fe N单相奥氏体。通过试验,获得奥氏体层生长与渗氮温度、氨分解率、渗氮时间、气体流量间的关系,确定了制备Fe N单相奥氏体的优化工艺范围,制备出尺寸为80mm×15mm×0.1mm的Fe N单相奥氏体,并对其进行X射线、金相、俄歇电子能谱分析以确认组织、相结构和含氮量。
FeN singlephase austenite has been prepared by gas nitriding low carbon iron foil. Experimental analysis showed that there was a strong correlation between growth of austenite layers and preparation parameters such as nitriding time, nitriding temperature, ammonia partial rate and gas flow rate. The optimized preparation technology was determined and an FeN singlephase austenite with 80mm×15 mm×0.1mm size was prepared, its phase structure and nitrogen content were verified by Xray diffraction pattern and AES measurement.
