高氮奥氏体中温转变研究

摘要 用透射电子显微镜 (TEM )对高氮奥氏体中温回火的相变特征作进一步的观察 ,发现晶内首先发生连续相变形成亚稳定体系 ,该连续分解产物与晶界、位错等缺陷处的非连续分解产物各自形成独立的分解区域。随回火时间延长 ,进一步分解成稳定的α +γ′ Fe4 N ,最终形成二相纳米尺度稳定组织 ,硬度超过 90 0HV。 A further study on the characteristics of mediate temperature transformation of high nitrogen austenite was carried out using transmission electronic microscopy (TEM). The metastable system was formed in continuous mode as the first stage of transformation. These continuous precipitates were isolated from discontinuously transformed products, which were often observed in the regions around defective sites. With the progress of tempering, the stable equilibrium phases, γ′ Fe 4N and α Fe, could be obtained in the end. The grains of final products could keep nano scale for a long period and thus exhibit high hardness above 900HV.
