摘要
运用系统工程的方法 ,对可持续发展战略下的区域性林业产业结构优化问题的系统结构、子系统间的关联和多目标特性等进行了深入的系统分析。在此基础上 ,根据大系统理论 ,建立了包含目标函数模型、各子系统的约束条件模型和关联模型在内的区域性林业产业结构优化的大系统模型 ,并推导出了相应的分解—协调算法。通过应用表明了所提出的模型和方法为区域性林业产业结构的可持续发展规划提供了有效的手段。图 1,参 9。
According to system engineering methodology, this paper makes systematic analyses of the system structure, correlations between subsystems, multiple objectives,etc of the optimization problem of regional forestry industrial structure (RFIS) for the strategic purpose of sustainable development On the basis of the analyses and large scale system theory, the large scale system model of RFIS optimization is constructed, which includes the objective function model, the constraint condition models of every subsystem, and the correlation models between the subsystems Then a decomposition coordination algorithm for the model is derived A practical application shows that the model and the method proposed in this paper provide an effective means for the sustainable development planning of RFIS
