摘要
以安徽省小麦主栽品种扬麦87158、安农98005、安农92484三个品种的小麦幼胚为试验材料,接种于SD2和MM2种培养基上,探讨不同培养基对不同基因型小麦幼胚再生能力的影响。通过对其愈伤组织诱导率、愈伤组织的质量和绿苗分化率的比较,初步证明SD2培养基对小麦幼胚的再生能力效果较好,可以作为转基因小麦育种中的培养手段。
Three genetic wheat embryos from the experimental field of Anhui Agricultural University were cultured in different media. The immature embryos were implanted into two kinds of media,SD2 and MM, to study effect of different media on regeneration of embryos. From a series of parameters,including frequency of callus induction, quality of callus induction and frequency of compact differentiation, a conclusion was drawn that SD2 medium had a positive effect on the regeneration process, which may serve as a selection in transgenic breeding of wheat.
