摘要
目的 :探讨新式单弯角旋钮高清晰口鼻两用超细电子胃镜临床应用价值与操作技巧。方法 :经口或经鼻送镜 ,注意进入食管入口、贲门、幽门、十二指肠降部、胃底贲门反转、小标本活检操作技巧。结果 :本组 0 .5～96岁患者共 6 6 8例 ,一次性送镜成功诊查及治疗 6 6 5例。小标本组织病理活检 388例 ,一次成功 382例。结论 :该胃镜经口或经鼻可完成通用型电子胃镜的诊断功能 ,并能进行有关内镜介入治疗 ,患者术前恐惧感小、术中不适感、术中术后并发症“轻而少” ,操作技术难度比双弯角解旋钮胃镜增大。
Objective: To explore the usefulness and techniques of the clinical application of the new single-curve-knob high-resolution oral and nasal dual-purpose ultra-slim electronic gastroscope. Methods: The device was inserted through the mouth or the nose, with emphasis on techniques of passing the device through the opening of the esophagus, the cardiac ostium, the pyloric ostium and the duodenum, and reversing at the cardia at the bottom of the stomach, as well as its application in the small biopsy specimen operations. Results: The device was used on 668 cases of patients, ranging in age from 0.5 to 96,665 of which were successful at the first try; the device was also used on 388 cases of histopathological biopsy of small specimen, 382 of which experienced successful insertion at the first try. Conclusion: This gastroscope was capable of performing the diagnostic functions of the general-purpose electronic gastroscope and related inner lens insertion treatment.Patients suffered low pre-operation distress, little in-operation discomfort and minor and slight in-operation and after-operation complications. The technical difficulty of the operation of this gastroscope was higher than that of the double-knob gastroscope.
