摘要
目的探讨经鼻超细电子胃镜的临床应用价值与操作技巧。方法 1 228例患者进行了经鼻超细电子胃镜检查,并注意贲门、十二指肠降部、胃底贲门反转及小标本活检的操作技巧。结果一次性送镜成功检查1 151例,成功率为93.7%;A级观察例数为1 211例,A级观察率为98.6%。结论经鼻超细电子胃镜检查术具有一定的可行性、耐受性和安全性。
【Objective】To explore the usefulness and techniques of the clinical application of the ultrathin traun-snasal gastroscopy.【Method】1228 cases were examined by the ultrathin transnasal gastroscopy,with emphasis at-tention on the techniques of cardia and descendant duodenum,reversing at the gastric fundus,as well as its applica-tion in the small biopsy specimen operations.【Result】1151 cases were succeed done at the first try,and the suc-cess rate reached 93.7%.1211 cases were reached A-level observation,and the A-level observation rate was 98.6%.【Conclusion】 The ultrathin transnasal gastroscopy examination was of feasibility,tolerance and safety.
