摘要
目的探讨上颌窦粘膜囊肿的微创治疗方法。方法对拟诊为上颌窦粘膜囊肿的患者进行上颌窦穿刺,抽尽淡黄色囊液,向囊内注入用0.9％氯化钠2ml溶解的平阳霉素10mg/支。采用该法治疗13例,其中男12例,女1例,并用鼻窦影像学进行疗效观察和评定。结果全部病例在治疗后半月临床症状消失,半年至1年上颌窦腔内的囊肿完全消失,窦腔恢复正常,其中2例追踪观察2年,无复发。结论采取平阳霉素囊内注射治疗上领窦粘膜囊肿是一种行之有效的微创治疗方法。
Objective To develop a mini-injury therapy for the treatment of mucosa cyst in maxillary sinus. Methods 13 patients (12 males and 1 female ) were treated by puncturing to maxillary sinus and drawing off the cystic fluid at first. Then, pingyangmycin (10mg/Amp) dissolved by 0.9% Sodium chloride was injected into the cavity of cyst, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by iconography of maxillary sinus. Results All the patients were cured, with clinical symptoms alleviated half a month, antroceles completely disappeared half a year to one year, after the therapy. Among these cases, 2 were followed up for 2 years, with no reoccuring. Conclusion The therapy reported here is an effective mini-injury method for the treatment of mucosa cyst in maxillary sinus.
