摘要
目的:探讨鼻内窥镜在上颌窦囊肿切除术中的应用。方法:采用鼻内镜经下鼻道上颁窦开窗术治疗上颌窦囊肿70例。结果:本组70例患者手术均获成功,术后鼻腔无黏连、出血、感染。术后1周检查鼻腔见开窗处宽畅,无明显结痂及分泌物。头痛、面部麻木感和鼻流淡黄色液等症状多在(1～2)周消失,全部病例在1月内症状消除。随访6个月至3年未见复发。结论:鼻内镜上颌窦手术方法简单、迅速、安全、出血少,患者痛苦小,易于被医患接受。
Objective： To investigate the application of nasal endoscopy in maxillary sinus cyst surgery resection. Methods： Uses in nose mirror after under nasal passage upper jaw Dou windowing treatment upper jaw Dou cyst 70 examples. Results： This group of 70 example patient surgery attains successfully, after the technique, the nasal cavity not adheres, the hemorrhage, the infection. After the technique, 1 week inspection nasal cavity sees windowing place to be worry-free, not obvious scab and secretion. Headache, face numbness symptoms so on nose class faint yellow fluid many in 1-2 week vanishing, complete case symptom eliminates in January. Makes a follow-up visit 6 months not to see recrudescence to 3 years. Conclusion： nose mirror upper jaw Dou surgery method simple, rapid, safe, bleeds few, patient pain is small, is accepted easy by medical trouble
