摘要
[目的 ]探讨草苁蓉经甲醇提取后进一步分离的水层成分对二乙基亚硝胺所致肝脏癌前病变大鼠血清抗氧化活力的影响 .[方法 ]按Solt Farber氏方法建立大鼠肝脏癌前病变模型 ,用草苁蓉提取物饲养大鼠 ,6周后处死 ,测定大鼠肝细胞线粒体超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量 .[结果 ]草苁蓉经甲醇提取后进一步分离的水层成分对肝脏癌前病变大鼠肝细胞线粒体超氧化物歧化酶活性有回升作用 ,并能降低丙二醛含量 .[结论
OBJECTIVETo study effects of water layer component of Boschniakia rossica(BR) extract further extracted with methanol for the anti-oxidative activities in hepatic precancerous lesions of rat induced by diethylinitrosamine. METHODSIt was made that the model of hepatic precancerous lesions in rats induced by modified Solt-Farber protocol. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in rat's mitochondria were measured with colorimetric method in the rats administered with BR extract for 6 weeks.RESULTSThe water layer component of BR extract could increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in the liver mitochondria of hepatic precancerous lesions of rats induced by diethylinitrosamine.CONCLUSIONThe water layer component of BR extract has anti-oxidative activities.
