Extracting the Caffeine from the Green Tea by Microwave Heating

摘要 利用微波加热方法从低档绿茶末中提取咖啡因 ,研究了采用不同溶剂萃取 ,并与其它方法相比 ,该法具有简单、省时。 This paper reports a method that the caffeine is extracted from the low green ten by Microwave heating.The different solvent to extract the caffeine are studied.The results is compared with other ways and the method of Microwave heating is simple,save time.The coffeine productivity is high.
