摘要
概述了4种咖啡因的精制工艺:升华法、沉淀脱色法、氧化脱色法、萃取脱色法;并对其应用范围及优缺点进行了评价。介绍了各精制工艺在咖啡因工业化生产中的重要性及其应用前景。
Four coffeine purification techniques, i.e. sublimation, decolorization by precipitation, decolorization by oxidation and decolorization by extraction, are summarized, the respective application scopes as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are evaluated, and the importance and application prospect of these techniques in the commercial production of coffeine are introduced in this paper.
