摘要 本文详细介绍通信光纤中二次谐波产生(SHG)的研究进展,包括SHG的实验研究和理论分析。按非线性光学原理,各向同性石英光纤介质中不能产生二次谐波。但最近研究表明,在强泵光作用下,掺杂Ge、P、F或稀土元素等的石英光纤中,观察到了高效率的SHG。在理论上,提出了自组织非线性相位匹配理论、自写交变X^((2))光栅理论和cekenkov辐射理论,以解释石英光纤中的二次谐波产生。 The research progresses on the second harmonic generation (SHG) in communication optical fibers, including the experimental results and theoretical analisies, are in detail introduced in this paper. According to the nonlinear optical principle, the SHG cannot be generated in the isotropic silica optical fibers. However recent research shows that under action of the intense pumpt light high SHG efficiencies were observed in Ge、P or rare-earth doped silica optical fibers. Theoretically, the self-organizied phase-matching theory, the self-generated alternating suscepribitity theory and Cerendov radiation theory were presented to explian the SHG in the silica optical fibers.
