本文讨论了一种分析沟道波导的数值分析法──变分-有限差分法,它适合于任意折射率分布和宽度-深度比的r值。文中求解了折射率分布为高斯-余误差分布的沟道波导的模式色散特性及其场分布.
This paper presents a variatienal-Finite defference method for simpler and accurate analysis of the Ti: LiNbO_3 waveguide. This method is based on the combination of variation and finite defference methods, and is suitable for the arbitrary index profile and width-depth ratio. The TE modes field profiles and dispersive properties for Ti: LiNbO_3 waveguide are calculated.
