摘要 本文就6分钟步行试验对慢性心衰患者运动耐量的评估作一综述,旨在提出6分钟步行试验是一种简单易行、价廉、安全的评价心衰严重程度及治疗效果、预后的临床工具,尤其适用于老年患者。
