摘要
北宋前期的尚书省由于历史原因而成闲散机构,有名无实,但其在宋人心目中地位尊崇,在国家政治生活中仍有较大影响力,具有不可替代的作用。北宋臣僚为恢复尚书省作出了积极努力,为宋神宗元丰官制改革积累了经验,铺平了道路。
In the early Song Dynasty, Shangshu Sheng lost many of its functions, but it was still a bureaucratic institution with high position and had relatively important impact on national politics in the eyes of most officials. Therefore, to restore its functions, officilas at that time made great efforts which paved the way for the official - system reformation at Yuanfeng.
