摘要
人文-社会科学的成果评估,只应以论著本身作为评估对象,课题来源的级别、核心刊物与否、是否获奖、是否被媒体报道,均不直接与学术研究相关,不能作为评估的依据。应改革目前高等学校和社会科学研究单位中较为普遍存在的将量化管理简单地用于对学术研究的考察与成果的评估上。
The Evaluation of the fruits of all social sciences should focus on the treatise. As to the source of the research subject, its rating, its publication in the core journals or not, winning any prize or not, in the media or not, all of these are not directly connected with academic study or regarded as the basis of evaluation. The present evaluation system that emphasizes quantization cf academic study and survey in universities, colleges and institutes of social sciences should be reformed.
