摘要
理论创新是哲学社会科学的本质要求,也是哲学社会科学发展的不竭动力。社会科学研究机构和社会科学工作者,要把解放思想、实事求是的思想路线真正体现在哲学社会科学的理念创新、体制创新、机制创新、方法创新等创新活动之中,使我们的研究工作围绕提高理论创新能力这个目标,形成一个相互联系、相互促进的创新体系,进而支撑和促进理论创新及其成果的转化。促进物质文明、政治文明、精神文明的进步。
Theoretical creation is the essential demand of philosophy and social sciences, and also the endless drive of the development of philosophy and social sciences. The institutes and research workers of social sciences should put the guidelines of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts into the creations of theory, system, mechanism, ways, etc, so that an creative system may be formed that connects and promotes one another, achieving the aim of raising the ability and level of creation. The theoretical creation and the transformation of its fruits should be supported and promoted, and so should material, political and ideological civilizations.
