摘要
不同的教育经济理论在教育价值观和方法论上存在着差异甚至对立,缘于在不同的社会发展阶段人们对教育经济功能的不同理解,即各种"局部性"的制约所致。坚持以动态演化的观点来理解不同流派的教育经济思想,具有重大的实践意义。
There exist divergence and even opposite in the values and methodology of different educational economy theories that result from different comprehension of education's economic function on the part of people at various stages of social development, that is, they are conditioned by various 'localness'. It is of great practical significance to stick to a dynamic comprehension in the light of evolution divergent schools of educational economy theory.
