摘要
研制成的磁性旋转編码器的性能为:分辨率为800PPR、输出电压>40mV(V_(cc)=5V),灵敏度为0.5mV/Oe。讨论了MR条的几何尺寸、磁鼓与MR器件间的间距对器件性能的影响。
A magnetic rotary encoder is developed. The properties of the device are:resolution≈800 ppR, output voltage>40 mV (V_(cc)≈5 V), sensitivity≈0.5 mV/Oe. The influence of dimension of magnetoresistive (MR) elements, the gap between magnetic drum and MR elements on the properties of the device is also discussed.
