摘要
"算经十书"是中国传统数学的经典。探索和追求精益求精的计算方法和技巧,讲究明确的思想依据,着力于灵活和广泛的应用,是其数学思想的精粹。"算经十书"构成了具有中华民族自身特色的传统数学体系,其发展主线是沿着探索、完善和提高"推步"前进的;它把擅长计算的推算和证明的推类结合起来,形成独特的传统风格和手段。中国古代数学的思想传统,在现代科学发展中,还具有很强的生命力。
Exploring and striving for accurate methods and techniques of calculation, stressing the importance of clear thinking, and concentrating on its flexible and extensive applications, constitute the pith of mathematical ideas of Suan Jing Shi Shu, a classic of traditional Chinese mathematics, which is representative of the unique mathematical system of the Chinese nation. The book was written along a line starting from exploring to perfecting and upgrading the method of tuibu (the science of calculating the astronomic calendar). It combines calculation with analogy, and thus, forms its unique traditional style and method. Ancient Chinese mathematical traditions are still deemed to be full of vitality in the development of modern science.
