摘要
介绍数控玻璃雕刻图形自动编程系统的结构和功能 .该系统在研究玻璃图案加工轮廓的基础上 ,通过对轮廓图形进行刀具信息、加工信息的处理 ,形成加工路线 ,自动生成 NC代码和走刀模拟 ,实现玻璃图案磨削、抛光自动循环加工 .
This paper introduces the structures and functions of graphic automatic programming system on CNC glass groove. On basis of studying machining profile of glass graphic pattern, the system takes order with tool and machining information of graphic profile, then come into being machining paths, and produces NC codes automatically and simulate tool paths, realizes the grinding and polishing machining of glass pattern automatically and circularly.
