摘要
激光雕刻系统的核心问题,就是如何控制激光头的运动。插补是数控系统的主要功能,其直接影响到数控加工的质量和效率。文章利用C++Builder 6.0作为开发工具,采用优化的直线插补算法编制程序,完成了矢量图形文件的精确输出和雕刻精度和速度的控制,实现了对步进电机的精确控制,提高了激光雕刻系统的加工精度。
The core issue of laser engraving system is to control the laser head movement. The main function of CNC system is interpolation, which has a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of CNC machining. By using C + + Builder 6.0 as a development tool, using linear interpolation algorithm optimization to program, the precise output of a vector graphics, the control of the engraving precision and velocity, which achieves the precise control of stepper motor, and increased the machining accuracy of Laser Engraving System.
