摘要
笔者着重探讨农业和农村经济战略性结构调整的九个问题 ,指出战略性调整的重点就是要把农业、农民、农村等“三农”问题联系起来 ,把农村的经济、政治、文化、社会等问题融会贯通 ,把农村的生产力和生产关系整合在一起 ,把农村的问题和城市的问题联系起来 ,做整体考虑 ,这样才能有整体性的统筹安排和谋篇布局 ,才能从根本上取得突破。
The author mainly studies nine issues concerning the strategic structural adjustment of agricultural and rural economy,and points out that the key point of strategic adjustment is to integrate the issues of agriculture,farmers and countryside,to connect the issues of economy,politics,culture,society and so on in the countryside together,to combine issues in rural and township areas together.Only in this way,can we make fundamental breakthrough on the subject.
