摘要
本文选用了Zn-Ag系从Ag系无机抗菌剂,采用双螺杆挤出法和单螺杆挤出法制备抗菌母料,测定2种方法制备的母料的抗菌性能。结果表明,双螺杆挤出法制备的抗菌母料具有较好的抗菌性能,选用Ag系无机抗菌剂制备的抗菌母料比Zn-Ag系抗菌母料抗菌性能好。
This paper selected Ag and Zn -Ag inorganic antibacterial agents to prepare antibacterial plastic masterbatch with single- and twin-screw extrusion process, respectively. The antibacterial activity of the masterbatch manufactured with the two methods was determined. The results show that the masterbatch prepared in twin-screw extruder exhibited a stronger antibacterial action, and the masterbatch containing Ag inorganic antibacterial agent has an advantage over that containing Zn-Ag inorganic antibacterial agent in the antibacterial activity.
