摘要
本文主要综述了无机抗菌剂对细菌的作用及近年来国内外常用的抗菌试验方法和抗菌效力判定基准 ,并且总结了不同加工品的适用检测方工。
The inorganic antibacterial agents' action on the bacteria were introduced.The usual antibacterial test and the standard of the capability and the determination methods suitable for different products were also reviewed.
